Alex Dugas

As a coach, Alex seeks to inspire all skaters to peruse their passion whether it be hockey, figure skating, or recreational skating. Her coaching philosophy includes getting to know the skaters and developing custom lesson plans based on the skaters learning style, current skating level, and what the skater is looking to get out of the sport. Safety and continuing education are and will always be a top priority. When not on the ice, Alex is a Registered Nurse working at a local hospital. She enjoys living in the area with her rescue dog Sasha.

Steven Grant

Steven Grant has been studying the art of figure skating for the past 20 years at various clubs throughout the twin cities. His home club is the Woodbury Figure Skating Club where his passion for the sport blossomed. Steven is a double gold medalist with USFS and has also passed up to his bronze medal in Ice dance. Steven has competed on a national level in both synchronized skating and theatre on ice.  He attended the St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists High School where he studied Characterization, Vocal skills, staging and Theater Arts. His current achievement was skating for Disney On Ice for the past 7 years performing in 36 countries around the globe. Some of the roles he has portrayed are Kristoff from ‘FROZEN, Young Simba from 'THE LION KING' and John Darling from 'PETER PAN.'  Steven is excited to be planted back in his hometown and plans to start coaching/choreographing around the Twin Cities area this coming fall.

Sarah Kiel

Sarah has been coaching in the Twin Cities metro area for the past twenty-two years and enjoys working with all ages and levels to help them meet their skating goals.  Her hope for all of her students is that they get what they want out of the sport while still having fun and retaining their initial love and enjoyment that brought them to the ice in the first place.

She enjoys coaching hockey power skating & edges, beginners and special needs skaters, but is available for all ages and levels, competitive or recreational.  In addition to her rink certifications, she also graduated from the University of Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Media with Minors in Film, Psychology and Women & Gender Studies.

Tori Wahlquist

Tori has been skating since 2000 and continues to skate as an adult where she has competed at Adult Midwestern Sectionals and Adult Nationals. She enjoys coaching skaters of all ages and levels from figure skaters to hockey players. Her goal is to help her students achieve their goals all the while keeping skating fun and enjoyable.
